Skybound Entertainment Launches Second Crowdfunding Campaign on Republic

Skybound Entertainment, known for popular franchises The Walking Dead and Invincible, launched a Regulation Crowdfunding campaign on the crowdfunding platform Republic. This endeavor signifies the company’s second venture into a public equity offering, having previously secured $18 million from over 6,000 investors in 2023.

With just a $100 minimum investment into the company, it is a rare chance for fans to own a piece of Skybound’s beloved IP, with the use of proceeds to help to continue the in-house development of an upcoming AAA video game based on Invincible, whose second season has just concluded on Prime Video with a 100% Certified Fresh Rotten Tomatoes score.

The video game will be developed under the direction of Skybound’s new 30-person studio of notable industry vets from Activision Blizzard, EA, Amazon Games, and creator Robert Kirkman himself, ensuring the company is making the best video game in the universe.
