Starting on January 8th, Dead by Daylight will be launching new DLC Packs for older Chapters. These new packs will offer players the opportunity to purchase content from original Chapters at a discounted price.
Additionally, they will be modifying the existing chapter packs.
Going forward, players will only be able to access original Chapters content starting with Of Flesh and Mud up to Hour of the Witch through their 3 new DLC Packs: The Maddening Darkness Pack, The Old Wounds Pack, and The Macabre Tales Pack. While you’ll still be able to purchase Killers, Survivors, and cosmetics associated with these Chapters directly in the Dead by Daylight in-game store; they won’t be sold separately in first-party stores anymore.
Additionally, Killers and Survivors associated with these chapters will be reduced to 50% of their original price starting January 8th.
In addition to DLC Packs, Dead by Daylight is releasing the Gold Edition to offer players the chance to nab multiple original Chapters at a discounted price by bundling them together. The Gold Edition will include all 3 new DLC packs, and with its huge roster of Killers and Survivors, stands as the best way for newer players to experience Dead by Daylight’s original content.
