Turbo Golf Racing Released Today!

Published on |

Turbo Golf Racing has launched into 1.0 on PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, Microsoft Store and Steam today.

Since being released into Early Access, Turbo Golf Racing has attracted over one million players and now, after 11 major updates on Steam and Xbox, Turbo Golf Racing has left Early Access and is celebrating its launch into 1.0 and opening its doors to PlayStation 5 players.

About the Game:

Turbo Golf Racing is an action-packed fusion of racing and golf. Players traverse across 85 unique courses, using their car to skilfully putt their ball into the finishing hole.

Players can face off against 7 opponents in Race mode, where victory is determined by speed, or make every shot count in the Golf mode, where fewest shots triumph. Custom Games allow players the freedom to select their preferred levels, cores, and pick-ups. Alternatively, they can test their skills against the clock in Time Trials, vying for a spot on the leaderboards.

1.0 Launch Party

In the latest update, the Season 4: Launch Party has begun. Players can now earn 40 new rewards in our free season pass! There are 2 new car bodies: the Jester and Bassline, 3 balls, 4 shields, 3 spoilers, 4 wheels and 24 other party-themed goodies.

There’s also a new game mode: 8 player golf, so players can compete in golf with more of their friends. The new mode takes place over 5 holes, and in true golf mode fashion, victory is determined by the fewest shots. Turns are taken simultaneously, creating a faster-paced golfing experience.

The original three biomes have been revamped into: Urban Gardens, Wild Heights, and Industrial Drive, making each theme more distinctive. A selection of levels from each biome have also transitioned to night mode, creating a new atmosphere on the golf course.

Dash and Smash, a new passive core, has been added. This increases the power of each dash, making for some new powerful core combinations.

Players will be pleased to know they can now save their cosmetic loadouts, with 3 garage save slots each.

The community designed Octoball has been added, alongside 13 other new shop items. There’s also 18 new expensive items, players can purchase if they save up their gears and trophies!

Previous timed events have been updates to feature new rewards and new missions. They will also now rotate automatically, so players can complete a new timed event each month.
