Maximum Entertainment announced today that the upcoming Sacred Reunion free downloadable add-on for next week’s Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons will feature the return of three Double Dragon veterans to defend New York City.
Ranzou, Sonny Lee, and Chin Sei Mei return to New York gangs after their last playable appearance in Double Dragon IV. Chin Sei Mei, meanwhile, returns after his hiatus from Double Dragon III:The Sacred Stones. Each character has their own unique playstyle and abilities. All three characters will be playable in every mode, including the recently announced wave-based survival mode. And don’t forget to play online co-op with friends both near and far. Online co-op will launch with the update.
